Narrative Description of Project:

The Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway has total length of 55 km (consisting of 6 sections) to connect Ho Chi Minh, Long Thanh and Dau Giay cities including bridges to reduce the traffic congestions in the roads network, to promote trade and save travel time.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Your Staff:

Developed IDF curves of rainfall, estimated runoffs in rivers, determined design high water levels in Dong Nai, Nha Be and Sai Gon rivers, designed culverts, side drain and cross drain structures and simulated bridges flow and analyzed the general and local scouring depths under bridges. HEC-RAS was employed for river and bridge flow modeling and for bridge scour analysis.
